Question: Do my fiancé and I have to have an engagement party?
Answer: The short answer is no. The longer answer is, it’s optional to have an engagement party. Typically if you plan to have a long engagement you may opt for the party. It can be formal or informal and held wherever you’d like, even your favorite watering hole. It’s entirely up to you!
