Using the agency’s data, we compiled a list of those hospitals within the region that received a positive response from at least 50 percent of the patients surveyed when asked if they would “definitely recommend the hospital.”
Listed here are those top-rated Louisiana hospitals within a 100-mile radius of New Orleans, excluding Baton Rouge. Under each, “Patient Rating” stands for “Patients who gave their hospital a rating of 9 or 10 on a scale from 0 (lowest) to 10 (highest)”; and “Recommendation Percentage” represents “Patients who reported that “Yes,” they would definitely recommend the hospital.”
