Bacchanal Wine (600 Poland Ave.) is turning 18. Yes, they are officially responsible adults. On Friday Feb. 14 from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. the team invites you to their yard for oysters and bubbly. Not only are you gonna get a great deal here, but you’ll be able to enjoy champagne (and other spirits). If you haven’t been be warned…it’s a cool and hip little wine shop with a big backyard and now it has a funky fun treehouse.
Bayou Wine Garden ( 315 N. Rendon St.) has happy hour everyday from 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. This cozy place, with a great outdoor patio is offering several deals. Select cocktails are $1 off, various wines are offered for $5 and domestic beers are $2.25. It’s a great place for festive fun and friends while getting a good deal along the way.
NOLA (534 St. Louis St.) has happy hour 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. everyday. Here you can get select glasses of red and white wine, well drinks and select specialty cocktails for $5. If you are in the Quarter and looking for a great happy hour deal, this is a great spot and crowd favorite. The new and enlarged bar area is great for these daily deals. There is also an extensive wine list and both classic and signature cocktails.
Bar Frances (4525 Freret St.) has happy hour Thursday through Saturday from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. We love the selections here. There is everything from a picklback shot to a house punch. Draft beers will cost you $4, house wines will be $7 and select classics top off the list of great spirits. This is a great place for a wine-paired meal or just for drinks. There is a large selection of natural wines, too.
