A native German, Susanne Cooper found her way to New Orleans on an ambassadorial scholarship to Tulane Law School through the Louisiana Rotary Club. Susanne quickly made New Orleans her home and has practiced law, focusing on workforce compliance, HR policies, risk management, and employment litigation for more than 20 years now. She recently joined Gordon Arata law firm, whose culture focuses on forward-thinking growth and client satisfaction, aligns with her values, and allows her to grow her employment law practice. Susanne also serves as Honorary Consul for the Federal Republic of Germany, fostering business and international relations for Louisiana while modeling kindness and connection for her children and community.
