We are officially in the fall season and with October right around the corner, we are getting into the full swing of fall events in New Orleans. From the spooky to the down right jolly, New Orleans has a little something for everyone when it comes to the season’s festivals.
A few of my favorites include Oktoberfest in October, Beignet Fest and Po-Boy Fest in November and Celebration in the Oaks all through December!
For local and visitors, the best part is that these festivals take place all over the city, so use them as an opportunity to explore the various neighborhoods, pop into a new bar or restaurant or go a step further and make it a full weekend getaway – or staycation and explore like a tourist in your own city.
